Klässbols Linneväveri, contemporary artisans since 1884, family-run with the roots deep in the forests of Sweden. The company has celebrated 100 years and is still very up-to-date. But time changes things and so must Klässbol, still being true to the essence of the brand.
With the future in mind Klässbol wants to step into their next 100 years by strengthening and further clarify the brand, increase the availability for the present as well as future clients through strategic design.
The strategic solution for Klässbol’s future is to increase the availability and simplify the purchase, in e-commerce as well as in store. Even though the conditions are really good – their reputation is through the roof, they are well-known for their craftsmanship – some adjustments to the brand and what they offer to the world needs to be done to be up-to-date. They also need to develop their digital presence, website and social media, where the fight for the consumer is run today that will make it possible to even further build customer relationships, increase awareness, knowledge and availability.
